2005 Didier Dagueneau Pouilly Fume Silex
Not ready is my observation, this wine needs another 4 5 years for its maturity. Light and flowery on the nose, it was pleasant to drink, a rather simple style even though fairly rich palette, shows tropical fruits like lychee. Looks like 2005 is not my favorite vintage after having s vertical of this producer tonight.
