2005 Domaine William Fevre Chablis Grand Cru Les Clos
GOOD BUT NOT GREAT
I was told to watch out this label and vintage, so I went on to buy a case of it. Was good, but mildly disappointed, wished it was better. A lot of complex nose, predominantly lemon and citrus, but also had very elegant nose with good oak. I was mildly disappointed with the palette; very complex at the start, you asked for everything in a Grand Cru, the weakness lies with the short finishing, just could not give a great upper jab to wrap it up, worst, it was mildly diluted on finish.
