2005 Leoville Barton Saint Julien
LOVE AND HATE People who knew me knew that I am not a Leoville Las Cases fan, but I must say this vintage is great! Perhaps one of the best vintages of LLC I've had apart from 82 & 90 (rare praise from me). Typical heavy Saint Julien nose of overdose coffee & espresso. Body is firmly structured, aggressive but beautiful balance. Can't really find fault with this vintage. Good effort!
