2006 Didier Dagueneau Pur Sang
Served blind. A nose and a sip I swear it was almost a perfect white. Nose with some petroleum, flowery and lychee. Palette is where this wine shines my first statement was oh my goodness, extremely soft and balanced wine, extremely pleasant wine like girl next door, very pure. Turned lychee after a while. But while it lasted, it was damned good! I was partially correct as old world but really didn't expect a Pouilly Fume to be so great! Wow, what a treat! WOTN for me.
