2006 Domaine Armand Rousseau Gevrey Chambertin 1er Cru Lavaux St. Jacques
CONSISTENT WINEMAKER
Armand Rousseau, from its grand cru to its village level, do possess similar character consistency. This Lavaux St Jacques is no different, may not be the best, but certainly don't disappoint. A good load of bright red raspberry that perhaps require some toning down (probably due to young age) dominated the palette. However for the assured quality, I'd pop a Rousseau anytime.
