I had many top level Chambertin by different makers in the past, sadly, the ones that’s ready to drink would have been aged more than 30 years! This one was another sacrifice, totally not ready. A whiff and it’s already showing massive fruits and structure. Undoubtedly it reflected on the palate as well, totally gigantic and massive and structured. Wait 20 more years.
我喝过不少特级田的香贝丹, 除了陈年了30年以上的香贝丹,它们一概不能饮用!这个牌子的香贝丹也是今天的牺牲品。一个嗅觉我就感觉到过度的果味和十二足的结构。口感也一样,非常澎湃,大气而且完全不适饮,再等20年吧!
