Garnet red with ruby reflections. Less intense with hints of rose, vanilla, licorice, spices and toasted oak. Nuanced notes of wormwood and tobacco. Full taste and elegant, full bodied, austere, reminiscent of the smells. Pleasing are the spicy and woody notes that blend perfectly.
This wine screams cherries, dark cherries. From the nose to palette, it's all about dark cherries. Unfortunately, the cherries are not ripe yet, still have a lot of tannins lurking around. Frankly, I think give it another 5 10 yrs, this wine will develop into very complex wine. I'd like to compare this to Latour, it only lacks flavour, other than that, I think it will develop into a mini Latour in the future.
