2007 Bouchard Pere & Fils Meursault Premier Cru Perrières Domaine
MEURSAULT PERRIERS IS TOP
In a lineup of 15 bottles of Meursault from various plots of land, I ranked Perriers as top plot, followed by Genevrieres, all other plots seemed to be inferior compared to these 2 plots. This Bouchard Perriers is no different, high quality on my list. Very extremely mineral plus some fragrant wood on the nose. Very decent balance and elegant wine, with slightly elevated acidity, slowly evolved to turn mineral at later stage. Enjoyable.
