2007 Domaine Ramonet Puligny Montrachet Les Enseignères
VILLAGE?
I'm not sure if the classification considered this as village level as I don't happen to have a reference book next to me. However from how it performed, I pen it down as village.
Started off with decent nose with a heavy dosage of oak, followed by very faint fresh lemon.
Palette wise, high acidity, quite lemony, mellow but certainly not rich enough. Lacks flavor and slightly over the hill.
Regardless, it was still a very decent village level (assuming I'm correct) white burgundy.
