Having tasted the 2010 version just a couple of days ago, I must confess vintage played a huge role in white burgundy as well. This 2007 is a killer in every aspect. At 15 years old, it did not show any sign of aging. The precision of acidity along with the balance of the fruits are such a lovely harmony, moderate minerality with very hedonistic fruits. The wine is full of energy. One just has to believe in good wine-making when one drinks the best vintages from the producer.
