I don't know much about this winemaker so please enlighten me if you have more information.
Slightly premox to start off with, but not severe, so I also detected chrysanthemums on the nose.
Due to the premox, the stewed/baked apple was prominent on the palette. Otherwise, slightly thin, high acidity although the wine keeps improving in the glass. Good effort here for not a big name but playing along with the big leagues of Louis Carillon's turf of Le Referts.
