2007 Louis Roederer Brut Reims Rose
While it was a nice champagne, I was only mildly impressed with it. Firstly it was too young, the fruits are still very much hidden behind the bubbles & acidity. Secondly, the crispness is a bit angled with the slight creaminess of the champagne. Lastly, bubbles were gone relatively fast. Was it a storage problem or bottling issue? I didn't bother to think too much.
