SPANISH BUBBLES 西班牙的泡沫酒
It’s been a couple of years since I’ve ever had this top sparkling wine from Spain. Sadly, this drinking next to a Salon 96 was almost a giant (Salon) meeting a dwarf (Kripta), no match. Nose was slightly medicinal and clinical. Content was too light and loads of mousse. A bit watery. Totally overwhelmed by Salon 96!
这是一瓶顶级的西班牙的泡沫酒，但是很可惜的是，面对法国的顶级的香槟沙龙，这个西班牙泡沫酒根本不堪一击，好像大巫见小巫一样，简直两个班级。香味有点接近药房和西药的味蕾。内容太过轻浮，还有太多柔滑的泡沫，感觉上有点不结实，渗有水份。味道完全被沙龙96盖过了！
