I'm really unhappy today, opened this bottle having the impression that it's probably a dry white, but turned out to be sweet, probably around Demi Sec grading. Why can't they clearly put it down on the label and say this dry, extra dry or sec? Am I supposed to know the difference between Cuvee Theo or this Colette Catherine Et Laurence? Both are Gewurztraminer for goodness sake! No wonder Alsace wines cannot take off, they can't even speak human language!
