I evaluated 4 5 labels of Zind Humbrecht, the summary of my impression on this label was a bit mean, given its well known label, but that's my opinion: Zind had a nice nose, but palate was unexciting. Sorry if you disagree, I spent the whole afternoon revisiting booths and keep trying the wines.
Nose of Cognac and dryness. Cognac, how unique was this for Alsace wine?
This was a big wine in any standard, young fresh and pineapple fruits, sweet but highly acidic.
