2008 Etienne Sauzet Batard Montrachet Grand Cru

Finally reached my 100th post for white burgundy to qualify as an ambassador in Vivino. It was a struggle as many labels I've posted in the past was not recognized by Vivino scanner, thus it took me so long to get promoted.
I really enjoyed this Batard Montrachet from Sauzet. It was a big wine, very fruity on the nose and body, extremely rich, somehow acidic and dry initially but went off after a while. Great palate, sophisticated, broad and deep, a very complete wine. Worth my 100th post!
