It was quite amazing to learn about Spanish wines, like this simple bottle I’ve drank bottles that’s 50 years of age. Why was it that Spanish wines can age so well? Perhaps the grape varietals. Nose of very vanilla but also deep core of dark fruits. Palate was so approachable, didn’t feel much tannins, but I was still amazed by the longevity.
如果你熟悉西班牙的酒，好像这一瓶看似简单的酒标，但是它们陈年的能力超乎想象，我喝过这瓶陈年50年的酒。为什么这么容易？可能是他们的葡萄品种好呗！鼻香占据了香草和深厚的黑果味。内容很平易近人，而且不会感觉很涩的单宁，根本不会觉得它可以陈年50年而不衰老。西班牙的酒超值！
