2009 Agrapart & Fils Mineral Blanc de Blancs Extra Brut Grand Cru
GROWER CHAMPAGNE
Agrapart was a well known grower champagne maker, particularly for its Mineral series. This Blanc de blanc was far from the flagship product, though it was still decent by any standards.
Nose wax really fruity, very yeasty and also strong cooked lemon.
Extremely rich palate, honey liked, good front palate but when it reached the back palate it quickly dissolved and disappeared, plus the back palate was with bitter notes, wasn't a good wrap up.
