GOOD NEGOCIANTS
Oftentimes we heard about how poor or lousy a negociant bottled wine, like Henri Boillot, if it's negociant bottled, I will never buy. However, there are exceptions to this rule, if I see bottling by Joseph Drouhin or Bouchard for white burgundy, I will grab. Bouchard's Chevalier Montrachet and their La Cabottes are killer wines.
Restraint, rich and bold, multiple layers, very long finishing, and most importantly the wine comes into extreme harmony. All you need is one sip to understand.
