SYRUP GRAND CRU
Apart from a nice, exceptional balance, oaky and a blend of lemon and lime bouquet that I liked about, the content was utterly disappointing. It was really syrupy, like too much added sugar in a cup of coffee that covered the beautiful coffee bitterness, the richness of this wine covered up the elegance of this Grand Cru plot. In addition, it also had too much acidity and quite heavy on lemon taste. No wonder I hardly come across good discussion of Faiveley on this BBM production.
