2009 Fontaine Gagnard Criots Bâtard Montrachet Grand Cru
PREMOX ROARING 氧化的失望
Has been having really bad luck continuously with this Fontaine Gagnard’s Criots Batard Montrachet, has been a few bottles in a row to encounter premox condition. Was very sugarcane on the nose initially, turned a bit better with summer flower thereafter. Palate was also strongly advanced, although I was able to tell that it was an extremely soft and lady like wine.
可惜白布更低的酒经常有氧化的出现，尤其是这个特级庄园的牌子，我连续喝了好多瓶氧化的酒。开始香味就是成熟的甘蔗味道，后来慢慢转换为夏天的花香，起码氧化程度不是很严重。内容也一样，超强的氧化味道，但是氧化的背后可以感觉到温柔和女性化的味道！
