2009 Jean Paul & Benoit Droin Chablis Premier Cru Vaucoupin
This is an ambiguous choice, some people hated it, but I am ok with it so I write for my own experience. Buttery, rich and fruity on the nose. Rich, lemony, very intense fruit unlike a Chablis. A bit acidic, dry and very short finishing. Despite these shortcomings, I still enjoyed it with a shot of raw Canadian oysters.
