2010 Arnaud Ente Puligny Montrachet 1er Cru Les Referts
I CANNOT UNDERSTAND
In the last flight of 4 Referts amongst the 18 producers, this was rated as 2nd last to me. Bok, you must be nuts to rank Arnaud Ente, a €2000 bottle of wine with such poor ratings! Sorry, I’m not a label drinker, and I tell you the truth. I was simply not impressed with it, as it was nothing but acidity for this wine that has masked all fruits to be totally missing! If wine is to be acidity alone, it’s cheaper to drink acids. Perhaps my lack of understanding of acidity is a problem.
