2010 Bouchard Pere & Fils Chevalier Montrachet Grand Cru

My friend contributed this bottle, insisted on decanting it before serving, so I faithfully obliged and kept it chilled in the fridge for 2 hours.
Nose was really mineral and stony. I enjoyed the palate which was elegant, mellow and surprisingly fat. After analyzing through all my options, I nailed it as a Chevalier Montrachet, bingo. Then I further nailed the maker as I had multiple Bouchard CM in the past. But when it came to vintage, I was all over the place as the fatness threw me off!
