2010 Chateau Jean Faux Sainte Radegonde
Nicely greeted on first sip!
First sip is smooth, silky and soft, feel like what a round and easy drinking wine should be like, palate is open. Extremely rich and fruity nose. However on second and following sip, the character changed bitter, slightly tannic and thick. It somehow bite into my palate and isn't too accommodating though it has a decent body. I was hoping this organic wine hold up well as organic style has this boldness and clean fruit but it changed bitter.
