Tasted blind again and correctly guessed this as left bank, I fell in love with the content! It's hard for cheap wines to shine, the only reason was because of the vintage and the right drinking window, I guess this bottle hit the right notes at the right moment.
Bouquet of charcoal, pauillac alike, inky, tobacco, very fruity, slight capsicum, superb nose! Palate was really tasty and addictive, with loads of elegant black fruits prominently black berries. Super value for money!
