2010 Marchesi di Barolo Sarmassa Barolo
These wines are so young and totally undrinkable, I really wonder why anyone would bother to buy them? Nose is loaded with dark cherries, not very sweet, but I swear I can smell the tannins before hitting my first sip! As expected, it was light, moderately tannic and woody, sharp and highly acidic. I think such wines really trying to kill my palette, as a professional merchant, I just have to taste it. I swear I will never sell such young stuff. You have been warned.
