2011 Doisy Daene Denis Dubourdieu Barsac Cru Classe
I tasted a range of 2011 Sauternes, except for d'yquem, Rieussec & Suduiraut. I concluded that for some charm & spark, Guiraud 2011 is extremely well made. For Doisy Daene, it's flexing it's muscle. Extremely bold & sweet. No elegance to speak of.
