Eleven Shades of Combettes 4/11
I didn't expect that there were more than 11 producers producing Combettes in Puligny Montrachet, not to mention we have a lineup of 11 bottles tonight, all from different producers! Speechless for my limited white burgundy knowledge.
One of the lousier producers of Combettes, quite unimpressive. Nose of slightly leafy, very light nose and inevitable butters.
Palate tasted a bit of sugarcane, although it's quite smooth and balanced. Least butter of the lineup.
