2011 Domaine Latour Giraud Cuvee des Pierre Meursault Genevrières 1er Cru
ONION
In a 12 bottles lineup of blind tasting of Meursault Genevrieres, this bottle came in last on my score card, thus it deserved to be called the Onion of the Night.
Sadly, right from the nose, the disaster started; sugarcane juice nose on the extreme scale. Palate was exactly a replica of the nose; I'd rather use the word sugarcane juice rather than a wine. Nothing else, hollow content. I'm not sure if it was this individual bottle or throughout the label? Anyone cared to share their experience?
