Our objective here in the blind tasting is to find out the gem of this region and whether it was universally agreed on the producer label. Les Perrieres was a large and quality plot in Puligny Montrachet, thus a worth while exploration.
Boillot, an experienced producer of Perrieres, didn't do well in its generic label, perhaps all the best went to the Monopole plot, thus this one ranked last in the flight. Disappointingly light, lacked both fruits and fruit intensity, avoid.
