2011 Leoville Barton Saint Julien
Supple attack, mid palate dense, nice tannins, hungry, final a bit steep, but the whole is distinguished by its finesse. Small peak plant.
Very heavily oaked with blended acidity on the nose. As expected, palette is heavily oaked, pretty woody, but the result was pretty decent with soft fruits & forward wine.
