2011 Maroslavac Leger Les Combettes Puligny Montrachet 1er Cru
Eleven Shades of Combettes 2/11
I didn't expect that there were more than 11 producers producing Combettes in Puligny Montrachet, not to mention we have a lineup of 11 bottles tonight, all from different producers! Speechless for my limited white burgundy knowledge.
No significant nose characters although slightly oaky and buttery. But the palate was extremely heavy on butter, almost like drinking a spoonful of melted butter! This label is relatively unknown to me, anyone can share more info?
