2011 Palmer Alter Ego Margaux
Had a revisit of Bordeaux 2011 today. Quick summary: 1. It's a cab sav vintage, most left banks produced good wines. 2. Right bank can't really make it. 3. Quality is not across the board, pick your labels carefully. Floral nose, with some dark chocolate. Soft palette, pleasant & quite seductive. Will be at it's best in 3 years time.
