LIGHT AND EASY
I am not a snob, but admittedly I hardly drink Bordeaux Superior, this was an exception as I was not in the mood to have something serious today.
This surprised me as quite an easygoing wine to go with my cheeses tonight! Despite the light and smoky nose, the body was really easygoing, light and easy. There was a touch of medicinal taste that I didn’t quite like, but the cheeses made it tasted great anyway, so I was very forgiving!
