Saint Julien for 2012 has produced very consistent wines across the appellation. However, it was also average appellation only. No stars were produced from Saint Julien in 2012.
Another favorite label that didn't live up to my expectation for 2012. Typical coffee, espresso on the nose. But body was lying with red berries, although I did detect some slight coffee and purity while sipping.
