2012 Esporao Reserva Tinto Private Selection
A LEAGUE ABOVE
The private selection of Esporao was definitely a league above it’s riserva labels, that justified for the star rating difference.
Even the nose was a bit light with light berries, don’t take it too seriously. The palate was a lot more flavorful than the riserva, very rounded complexity, good finesse, and I do enjoy the fruit taste that still lingers around on the palate after swallowing the wine.
