2012 Fleur Cardinale St Emilion Grand Cru Classe
EXPECTATIONS
I was told that this chateau is located right beside chateau valandraud, so I had my expectations since I just drank the Valandraud beforehand. After assessment, I must say that this is a solid wine coming from Saint Emilion.
This was a fruit bomb of juicy black cherries and plum, with hints of oak and floral notes. It was a mouthful of black cherries with good body and very rounded finish. I'm quite impressed by this label, good value find!
