2012 Joseph Faiveley Chablis
This elegant wine is subtle on the nose, opening with mineral notes of slate and salt with some citrus fruits. The attack on the palate is fresh, bold and acidic with nice lemony notes. Good volume on the palate with a long and persistent finish.
This type of wine does not have connoisseur appeal, great for daily drinking, pair it with oysters will be great. Saltiness, light, slightly bitter, citrus, lacks body & intensity. Really meant to drink & forget.
