I was a little puzzled by this wine, as I found that they’re heavily oaked. The nose has clearly gave it away heavy vanilla, and the chunky big but unpolished fruits.
Palate wise, the finishing was too short and slightly diluted, thus I found that it was trying to mask it’s weakness through over oaking, the fruits itself was only skin deep if you tasted beyond the oak. Don’t think this will age gracefully, should be at best 2 decades.
