2012 Pape Clement Pessac Leognan Rouge
BORDEAUX GRAVES 2012 REPORT
Graves produced very uneven wines across the board. I prefer the whites over the reds. Only 2 vineyards are worth mentioning in the report: Pape Clement and Smith Haut Lafitte.
Loads of coffee mingled with red and dark fruits on the nose. Palette was very impressive, good fruits caresses the palette very well, very rich wine. Worth purchasing for aging potential.
