SPICE AND SICHUAN PEPPER All I got from the nose was loads of spice and Sichuan Pepper. Extremely light on the palette, in fact too light to even call it red wine, surprisingly relatively long finishing, slightly sour and lacks flavor. Needs a lot of improvement.
