Was having some prawn seafood tonight, not willing to pop a white as I've been drinking white for weeks, nor a Bordeaux as it's overpowering. Not much choice except for a red burgundy that sandwiched between the two.
Remoissenet under the new ownership still produced fabulous wines despite negociant business isn't any easier. It possessed the character of feminism, very creamy, very melting, very elegant, although it was clearly too young for now. I think in 10 20 years it'll be ready.
