At 46% abv, normally such Baijiu are considered high in abv, and they normally had a common character very rough and choking. This was one of the best Baijiu I had at such high abv but not choking me to cough. Instead, I was pleasantly surprised the content was extremely smooth and pleasant, in addition to the smoothness. Enjoyed it over Jiangxi's spicy ? food. Baijiu has to be drank in moderation, otherwise you'll get knocked out before you knew it! You've been warned.
