2013 F Dumon Vigneron Clos DAlbizzi Cassis Cuvee Altais
This is a powerful white that was recommended by the sommelier of a two Michelin starred restaurant, to go with my seafood dish. It is a big bold wine with good oaks that the flavor of the wine does not get covered up by the very fishy dishes I had. In fact it compliments the dishes. I was told the wine can easily age for a decade. I will try to source for some aged ones as I didn't feel that it can improve with aging.
