NEVER JUDGE A WINE BY THE NOSE
I wasn't having much expectations when I was offered a glass to keep myself busy during a conversation.
The nose lowered my expectations even further: strong charred and burned wood was all I got.
But the palate told a completely different story! Extremely easy to drink, extremely mellow and pleasant, the body was filled with huge amount of cherries.
Despite a dislodged nose, body completely outperformed the nose. Thus, don't jump to early conclusion!
