I was told this was a single vineyard village level wine, pretty complicated classification huh?
Nose of typical burgundy; fragrance, soil, earth. The palate was very fruit driven, extremely tannic, and quite feminine. The weakness was obvious: the wine starts to fade in 15 mins mark, absolutely no holding power, even for such a young vintage. No wonder it was a village level wine.
