NATURAL WINE
My first encounter of a natural wine, of which I have no knowledge about except for the hear say. At 11.5% abv, this was mild.
Almost pear like on the nose. Palate was slightly sparkling, I would consider this as a sparkling wine. No sugar taste, very flat taste, although I feel very natural and effortless content. Fresh and refreshing, meant to drink while young, screw cap also told me to drink it ASAP.
