DRY AGING 风干的酒
Valpolicella was a bit like Amarone, gone through a process of dry aging of the grapes to give the wines much more intensity on the mouth feel. I believe this label didn’t quite achieve that, as there’re huge amount of fresh berries on the nose as well as palate, too fresh and too young, perhaps it should take a longer process.
瓦波利切拉的酒好像阿玛瑞恩的酒一样,经过风干使得他们的酒比较浓郁。但是这个品牌需要更长时间的风干,因为我感觉他们没有达到目的。鼻蕾是非常新鲜的果酱味,口感也一样,太过新鲜而且感觉年轻,可能风干的时间不够长吧!
