2014 Chateau Les Mesclances Cuvee Saint Honorat
WEIRD COMBINATION
This wine was a blend of Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon, not a mainstream blend so I'm surprised to see such blend coming from Provence. They aged their wines 1 year in oak barrel.
Nose was very oaky and vanilla. Not surprisingly the content was vanilla too, lightly taste but quite expressive and lively, flavorful.
